How come none of the bars located on the outskirts of the city have been fined for smoking violations? I definitely can name at least five bars in this county that have no problem violating this ordinance.

Now just to be up front, I could care less if someone smokes in a bar. BUT, to fine some numerous times and others not at all is ludicrous. Big Ugly's seems to be under a microscope. As opposed to Jamesport Tap who conveniently locks their front door and has never been fined. That's right, you have to knock and be approved before that door is opened. Is this a PRIVATE CLUB? Seems like a fire code violation to me! In case the owner is reading this which I doubt, HONK HONK at 4:45 AM (inside joke)!

I just think that if a law is enacted, it should apply to everyone, not just the ones who are conveniently located to inspect.
