Mike- thanks for posting the Lone Star Iconoclast article on depleted uranium. The global implications was even more of an eye opener for me.

Sorry, there will be no new information of a technical nature posted here or given to anonymous. This is hwere this blog and a scientific blog differ. Since no one needs to ID themselves, there is no obligation to give info to people that won't indentify themselves. There's plenty of information on the Web. Go get it if you're interested.

my young nephew will be a marine begining 7-17-2005 - no doubt he will be deployed in iraq or iran or north korea or afghanistan - where du will be used by the good guys on the bad guys , i asked his dad to ask the recruiters about this - no comment . and now one of the recruters has been transfered away , probobly unrelated .

there is much hype on alleged illness and cancer caused by Depleted Uranium use in iraq , but somehow there is no illness and cancer related to Depleted Uranium in the golan heights or in egypt after the vicious tank battles that the israelis used Depleted Uranium weapons in .

somehow in America there are few to no accounts of blindness in children induced by exposure to uranium in mine workers or workers that worked with uranium ore and metels ?

something smells fishy .
