Two of the most controversial provisions will have 10 year sunsets.

Personally, I think they should have scrapped it and started over.

I'll be lamenting this on Dialog this morning ... but only briefly, since it's pretty much a done deal now. The only hope is that a future Democrat-controlled congress will undo it.
