How about Lockport has 2 landing sites? One on each side of the city. The Infirmary (which is probably technically in the town behind there) and Richfield Street would work out great. That way other districts can use them too, and it would depend on the proximity to the call as to which one the city uses. If it was a transport from the Hospital, then they would use The Infirmary. If someone gets hurt in a fire at Delphi, then it would be the Richfield site.
