A New York State Supreme Court judge has set a Sept. 14 foreclosure sale date for the Prime Outlets at Niagara USA, the largest shopping center in Niagara County.

The owner of record, Prime Outlets at Niagara Falls USA L.P., owes GMAC $82.66 million stemming from a 1999 mortgage deal, plus fees and penalties.
