Justice Released. So what?

Recently, a man convicted of murdering his family was released after serving 20 years of prison time.

Why is everyone so outraged that he's being released? He did his time. He's paid his debt to society. What's the big deal?

Did I miss something MC? I didn't think that sounded like outrage. I agree with you that he has paid his debt.

There has been outrage on the part of many Buffalo residents who want Justice to be released somewhere else ... not in Buffalo. They're upset he's getting out at all ... but even more so that he's "allowed" to live in Buffalo.

What I don't understand is that his lawyer says that he was diagnosed a schizophrenic, but never underwent any kind of therapy in prison. So, how about dealing with that problem before releasing him all the way?

Maybe the people complaining are surviving family member's that offered him a room when he got out thinking he really wouldn't be released?
