Why is this posted without any comment? Since this is not the poster's usual area of interest or expertise, what's the bother? Was there a need for my attention? Is this posting to further forward some Artpark dirt pile agenda--or perhaps the R.M.P. issue? Not being sarcastic--just not sure what's up here. Seems that there are some posts made anonymously and then others being answered by the same writer. What's up with that?

Hey J.H.: What was ever found out about the roadbed of the Robert M. Parkway being radiologically contaminated? What about R.O.L.E. finding out (and posting here) if there's Plutonium in the drinking water? That's kind-of important. Tim Henderson, R.O.L.E. president did have access to the original email that RRG's president Vince Agnello sent out to a medical doctor type MD that asked "How much Plutonium was O.K.ey dokey to be in Lewiston's drinking water." Tim does work in the Lewiston Water department--doesn't he?

Earler, Tim Henderson paraphrased from a response letter omitting any mention of Pu on the dias in the Lewiston-Porter HS Auditorium--two seats away from Ralph Nader during his visit this spring...and next to Ms. Paulette Kline of the Niagara County Health Department. What's up with THAT "coalition"?

T.H. also said he had the spoils pile-soccer fields-wildlife-habitat soils testing-analysis results from another prominant Republican, Mr. John Long. He was the previous County GOP party chair and owner of the location (Niagara River Anglers-Balmer Road) that operates the big fish hatchery ponds (for the DEC and stocked into the river-lake) with a "membership only" family campground--three hundred or so yards due west from where the Pu is found, directly on the surface drainage system and from where the Artpark soccer and habitat soils originated. Oh, but they were not moved UNTIL the US Army Corps called the Long's Fish Hatchery soils contaminated (2002 Corps RAB meeting), and THEN they get moved up to the Artpark hill. That was real smart by all involved. Hey, I only surveyed the land pro-bono before anything was moved or deposited up there. I didn't pick the one spot, out of all of Niagara County real estate, to move and relocate dirt--from an old military site, that I certainly advised against exposing kids to.

You can lobby for a coalition to address many things if you want to. I question the vaule of the creature that this "Bolus" becomes when it "coalesces."

Do you think that "your groups" would care to address any of these issues first instead of a dirty pile of dirt on top of another dirty pile of dirty dirt, hidden by more dirt?

Is any of the stuff on the other thread accurate about the CWM post, the NYSDEC etc? Did I miss something in a previous thread here? Is that why you said our discussions would be "limited" over on the Hello Jim Thread? Why in the world didn't you just say this about CWM??

Why has there been so much discussion and attention paid to these other issues when there have been so many pressing environmental discussions here that could have benefited from your communicating with us? I'm feeling really rather disappointed and crestfallen that this wasn't known to me until just now. Were ALL of my environmental comments fair game to Corporate Giants and Regulators alike? Sure, I know, I know, public bulletin board and all...

Seems kind of unfair that this was kept under the rug (or landfill liner), so to speak. If I'm wrong on this and somewhere on the board you disclosed that you're a NYSDEC monitor at Chemical Waste Management at the LOOW site Model City Lewiston-Porter, NY, then I will apologize.

Otherwise, I could go on...
