"WASHINGTON - Most Americans say they aren't impressed by the ethics and honesty of the Bush administration, already under scrutiny for its justifications for an unpopular war in Iraq and its role in the leak of a covert CIA officer's identity."

"Almost six in 10 — 57 percent — said they do not think the Bush administration has high ethical standards and the same portion says President Bush is not honest, an AP-Ipsos poll found. Just over four in 10 say the administration has high ethical standards and that Bush is honest. Whites, Southerners and white evangelicals were most likely to believe Bush is honest."
Every time a Bushie is indicted or caught lying or involved in some scandal, Bush's approval slips futher into the abyss. And he's slipping fast. He used to have half the country in his corner. Now it's less than a third. (His all-time record is a 2% approval rating amongst Blacks) His biggest post-election boast was that he had a 'mandate' from the masses. Now the masses don't like him, don't trust him, and don't want him as President. Who cares what Carl 'The Traitor" Rove thinks? All this mistrust and contempt for Bush is on all his subordinates as well. They are viewed as greasy, crooked cogs in a great, dysfunctional machine. You think re-election is the basis for these polls? He'll be lucky to escape impeachment in the next 2 years. It's about time Bush was behind bars, and not the kinds with last calls.
carl rove is not the bad guy here , he did nothing wrong , there was no crime .
the left leaning media spins their lies and then , no one calls them on it , so the masses are starting to believe the lies of the media . which is starting to be seen in the polls , it looks like the POTUS has finally decided to challange the media . good for him , it is long over due.
In an interview Mr. Woodward acknowledged that his knowledge of the case informed comments he made during appearances on TV. Mr. Woodward has stated repeatedly on news programs that he didn't believe a crime was committed in the CIA leak case. He argued that the entire leak case had been overblown, that there was no criminal White House effort to "out" the CIA agent and that Mr. Fitzgerald was overzealous, "a junkyard dog prosecutor."
But Mr. Woodward never hinted at what he knew. The evening before prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald issued an indictment against I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, former chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, Mr. Woodward was asked by CNN talk-show host Larry King about rumors he was going to reveal unexpected evidence on the case in a story in the Post. "I wish I did have a bombshell," said Mr. Woodward. "I don't even have a firecracker. I'm sorry. In fact, I mean this tells you something about the atmosphere here."

The media in general leans right, if anything. The news is fairly objective, but they don't favor one side over the other. How many liberal news shows can you name? The major networks are riddled with conservative leaning hosts, panels & shows. Where's this liberal media everyone talks about? All I can think of is The Daily Show, and it's satirical. Balanced, but satirical.
The Bush Administrations policy from his first election on has been to deny everything and blame someone else. He is the head liar in a mob of liars. Liars, liars, liars.

Focus on the Family
The Drudge Report
Meet The Press

John Gibson
Wolf Blitzer
Left Leaning Programs:

...And radio is even more unbalanced

I'm not sure I'd list Matthews and Russert in the "right-leaning" category. Matthews seems pretty down the middle and even leftist sometimes. And Russert, although I've never seen him lean left, doesn't really pull for the GOP, either.
Ah yes, the Assassin's Guild of broadcast television...
