Grzebinski said he has floated the idea of using a former indoor go-kart track near Ou****er Park as a boys and girls club, but he said, "If there's adult supervision and guidance, they will not find it attractive."

M&T Bank, the mortgage holder, foreclosed on the Corinthia Street site earlier this year. The former owners also owed the city's development agency nearly $50,000 in unpaid loans.

How about the City takes that building (if they can),  and puts the skate ramps they already own in it.  It's perfect!  Then they could eventually build the outdoor one across the street and have both.  It would be irresistible to skaters, even with adult supervision.  There's also enough room to have pool tables, video games, etc.
