It is difficult to translate my name into your language. The closest to my name, in the language I use, is Misery. Your name translates into something in your language along the lines of Jerk. No, really. In my language Huff Nagel is the meaning of imbecility and conflict. It is not a polite name to use around women or children. Why do you use this monniker? The "word," actually only a gutterel sound that comes closest to Nagel, means in need of assistance or help. In my language, my name translates literally into "Conquerer of Banale."

I am sure it is all about you. In your own mind, but hey thanks for telling everyone. It would have been better had you told everyone of these thoughts that you have at the onset of your posts. In that way, no one would have been confused or fought with you. I apologize. I was brought up better than that. I am sorry to have fought with you.

I don't agree with your opinions and now I am in complete understanding why. I usually will debate and discuss things with just about anyone. Really and honestly. My folks also taught me to not pick fights or to bully, and to be compassionate to those less fortunate.

Is this correct? Would you care to share in specific with this group your reasoning and efforts that would make you a recognizable figure in Albany? Please, not trying to start a fight. She is not facing an "imminent demise". She is brain dead. All that is left is a beating heart and respiration, digestion, etc. There is no brain activity. What exists in that ward in Florida is not a human being, it has the life force of a brussel sprout.

Luckily, the ordeal for all concerned is slated to end next week. Hopefully, the religious right and their hero Jeb Bush will exercise some compassion and end their interminable interference and let nature take its course.

I prefer "Jim", "James" or "Mr. Hufnagel". "Hufnagel" is harsh. You're not in the Army anymore, so you can unclench your butt cheeks.

As a concerned citizen, I've lobbied in Albany and DC for over a decade now for reproductive rights, environmental issues and a woman's right to choose. We have won many victories, including the Women's Health and Wellness Act, which mandates health insurance to cover birth control, and emergency contraception, which is now offered to rape victims in hospital emergency rooms. Things are obviously slower on the national level.

I've been Scott's guest four times, and have a stack of editorial views from local newspapers. So apparently I'm not the only one being selective. Thank you for checking me out in a search. Yes, Army and Lt. Col. So, I may out rank you several times. I also thank you for answering some of the previous questions.

That being clearly stated, as I asked previously, please inform this group why you feel that the comparison to WTC One and Two 911 deaths can be equated to your parkway issue. You did not address the fear mongering question. Do you actually feel this is reasonable to compare?

One other question--Have you conducted similar "scare" tactics with any of your other issues, agendas or activism and do you feel that for those issues that the end justifies the means?

Back to the original topic. The news coverage the last few days is sad. Congress tried to delay the tube removal by issuing a subpoena to have this woman appear before them. Talk about abuse of power. The good news is that the court rejected this outragous attempt of big brother. The tube is out, no wait it's back in. When does it stop? All parties involved need to step back at look at what they are doing. The whole thing has become barbaric. Again, I will say, we treat our pets beter.

I think everyone should but out. It should be resolved by the husband and her mom and dad. The government should stay out of it.

As I listen to this debate on the news, the more I hear a distinct phrase: "allow her to die." People who want to remove the feeding tube are going to 'allow her to die,' letting nature take it's course. She's breathing on her own. Her heart is pumping on it's own. With exception of brain wave activity, all her bodily functions are doing just fine. We're not keeping her alive with mechanical technology. She just can't feed herself.

So as soon as we remove her feeding tube and let her spend weeks starving to death, we also have to stop feeding people in comas, people with alzheimers or severe arthritis, anyone who has to take nutrients intraveneously, we can let the anorexics wither away, oh, and don't forget newborn babies, they can't feed themselves either.
