Since We The People have discussed democratic process here and on the Dialog program--I propose that Scott consider "partial' or "complete" bans on "certain" offensive arguments that have recently appeared here on the blog. Maybe even people too. There could be "fines" imposed or even time limitations--kind of like time-outs for kids.  I for one would like for this to stop. You?

If so, perhaps this blog could get on with real activity instead of what has happened. There are just too many important local issue to constantly be divided, diverted and otherwise disheveled as a group.

I would be interested in ANY input or commentary from ANYONE.

In the MEAN-time, we could see what the poll will say. In this way, we could judge the percentage of members that feel one way or the other about this seemingly ongoing problem.

Only votes that have a corresponding MEMBER post just prior or just after the individual vote will be counted. No anonymous votes will be considered.
