Well, we have a very cynical, anonymous person, and a lot of people who disagree. Hmm, I can only suggest that we can best judge a given system by it's results. Lately, the results aren't that great. I'll be the first to say, this is a great country, but it's a strange culture. I'd hate to call the whole country bad when it's a lusy minority making it so. Unfortunately, its the unsavory minority are the ones in power...

Look at it this way: the Dodge Viper is a great car. But put a drunk driver behind the wheel, and does it really matter how great the car was when he got in? What if he runs down some pedestrians, does it matter how great the car is? Corruption, greed and dishonesty are rampant these days, but we should be working to neutralize those things rather than just whine about them.

It's good that people aren't afraid to criticize the driver, but we should do more than just point out his moving violations. Let's just fix it. Suggestions, anonymous?

i'm not affiliated with any party, and I don't defend clinton or bush, but considering the minor transgressions clinton was guilty of, compared to the grievous horrors bush has put upon the american people, it's not insulting a republican president that goes on here, it's just highlighting a bad president. period.

Thank you. I was just trying to highlight how when some conservatives run out of their own strange brand of failed logic, they turn to Clinton as a justification for everything. Clinton was out of office over 5 years ago. Let's talk about who's supposedly in charge now.

Failed Logic? Kinda like you blaming Bush for the war in Iraq. Bush didn't start the war terrorists and 911 did. I guess if the dem's controlled all Gov't I would feel left out and sour too. And as for social security maybe Bush should have just stuck his head in the sand like Clinton did.
