Now I don't care if you think he did it, or didn't do it. Regardless of how he acts, looks or thinks, no one but the people in the courtroom are prepared to make that assessment. Unless you heard all the testimony verbatim, I don't care what you THINK should've happened to him. Personally, I think he is innocent, just very eccentric as well. I think he has a child's sense of right and wrong because he has never learned otherwise. And being eccentric isn't illegal, just strange. And while I don't agree with many of the pubicized choices he has made I don't agree with but as long as he hasn't hurt anyone
However, I DO want to know of you think he got a fair trial, or was it biased? If it WAS biased, is it because he was black? Or rich? Or previously accused? Or weird? Or something else?

So once again, a big celebrity evades prosecution for a heinous crime.
This gets sent to the who the h#ll cares file. I don't know Michael Jackson. His life doesn't affect me. And therefore, I'm not going to waste brainwaves discussing his stupid grope-a-dope case. Isn't there NEWS for the media to cover?
Personally, I think he is innocent.....If it WAS biased, is it because he was black?
are you suggesting he was found innocent because he was black? i hope not, what is that, some affirmative action thing you have? were you happy when OJ went free?
I was just trying to contrast the court of public opinion versus what actually counts, which is evidence and testimony, nor rumors and hearsay.
I don't want to discuss Michael Jackson specifically, just celebrities in general. Martha Stuart, Errol Flynn, Norman Mailer, Sid Vicious, and James Brown, to name a few. Celebrities seem to go free more easily than the normal citizen does. Why does this continue?

California should change their motto too the "celebrity get out of jail free state" First OJ, then beretta , now moon walker. How sad is it when star status gets you special treatment? Are people really this stupid? Hey Jacko, save the world another trial when you claim another victim and just eat a bullet... or better yet organize a mass suicide and take your fan club with you.
