Since the Michael Jackson freekshow is taking a little time off... I thought you all might enjoy hearing about someone who has an even LESS secure grasp on reality.
But don't they do that now PT? All corporations have huge legal departments, most people can't afford to stay in a long fight. It's the ambulance chasing lawyers that's the problem.
For the most part, I have to agree with DLH, here. But there needs to be better checks and balances. I hate the fact that I could call an attorney and together we could figure out who to sue for what ... just for the sake of making money. But PT's point is that if you lose and have to pay the other guy's costs, that basically enables them to out gun you ... at your expense.

RE: Beyond the "King of Pop"
Roller also claims his life is shaping up to be the most important project mankind will ever witness. He has opted to represent himself in the lawsuit. -------------------------------
Two sentences... and two "ultimates" on display.
1. Delusion and self-importance steamroll so deeply into mental illness territory, that it seems unlikely that he could ever be extracted from "La La Land."
2. FINALLY… A claim so whacked-out that apparently not even the sleaziest, snake of a lawyer could be convinced to attempt to make money on it.
I would think that these claims were so bizarre that it is doubtful that much if any, lawyer or court costs were incurred in the dismissing of them.
