I'm confused about this.


I always thought getting together with a group of friends & dragging someone through the street then hanging them was illegal.


Why do we need a seperate law to say it is?


I agree if this isn't covered by other laws it should be, it's just that the whole notion of needing such a law is silly.

Did a senator lynch someone? I didn't see in on the news. I wouldn't apologize either. When was the last lynching? Lets let the past stay in the past. I have this thing only apologize for my actions....or atleast some of them. LOL!
