Looks like Al-Quaeda and the US have something to agree on.

Both think Al-Jazeera is working against them.

Now, I find this funny - especially since the blowhards from Faux News Channel commonly refer to Al-Jazeera as "the enemy" as though AJ is the official news outlet of terrorists worldwide.

In actuality, AJ is just FNC for the Middle East. Both organizations tell their audiences what their audiences want to hear.

Faux: The US can do no wrong.
AJ: The US does everything wrong.

Although, between the two, I actually think Al-Jazeera is less biased.

It's been suggested that, in comparison, al Jazeera is a REAL free press. They don't have corporate influence or political agendas to the extent that our news networks do.

I'm thinking of boycotting all news except the Daily Show. Not just because they have factual reporting, but because they intend to make me laugh, they don't do it by accident.

Two words Scott....Dan Ratherl! How can you point the finger at Fox when you have CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS writing the Dems half truths. I guess that's ok though because like smoking in public places it has been excepted as the norm.

Just goes to show how out of whack you are with reality, my friend.

MSM airs 2 sides of a story and errs on the side of the right.

FNC airs THEIR side of the story and errs often ... and always on the side of the administration.

And what is the Ted Koppel reference? Not a Nightline fan. Personally, I like MSNBC the best of the bunch ... but even they give W the benefit of all doubts.

While I've never seen an Al-Jazeera broadcast, I think it's funny that both the US govt. AND Al Quaeda are badmouthing this particular news organization.

Is it possible that neither of them like hearing the truth from an unbiased source? Could it be that both are in the wrong, but don't want to hear otherwise? Just a thought...
