It all depend on which channel you watch your news on...the spin goes both ways. Read this site Bush is blamed for everything wrong in the world.

But, Joe, this isn't designed as a news site ... besides, everyone knows I'm fairly unbalanced. And thirdly ... it probably really is Bush's fault. Or his dad's. Or that Reagan guy. And if not them, then definately Nixon. Why doesn't Ford get blamed for anything? Do people forget he was president?

Ford gets blamed for pardoning Nixon, thus instructing an entire generation that justice in this country is a joke -

Bush isn't responsible for every problem in America. I have it on good authority that my neighbor's dog is the real culprit behind the dug-up flower bed...
