Weds about 8 AM - fire at AES Somerset.

at 8:23 - there are 3 fire companies at the scene

No, just letting people know that there was a fire big enough to warrant 3 companies being there, in case it got buried on page 4 in the newspaper. Which , btw, it did.

Last month the problem was ash getting into the eyes of some construction workers.
