RE: BRIAN GREAR SHOWS SUCH DISRESPECT FOR TOWN LAWS and he wants to be Sheriff?? Again, you defer from the subject shughes. Based on your demeanor, I can tell that you are either a Maziarz hack, or somehow involved in the public education system. These are people who I know always do their best to change the topic when they cannot adequately address it.
Here is some food for thought. Former Sheriff Tony Villella supports your guy Grear. Isn't it ironic that I hear a past detanee of Sheriff Villella named John Gross is involved with some demolition projects being investigated by the FBI in Niagara Falls. What happens if John Gross ends up in County Jail again???
Didn't want to sign name to John Gross or former sheriff comments? Was this anonymous message poster James Sacco, Jr. at all? The comments seem the same. John Gross is getting kind of old now so I don't know if you'd really want to be detained in a cell with him because of the gas and repetitive hunting and fishing stories.

And what about the clean air act? It’s called multi tasking, you should give it a try! Like I said shughes, your demeanor tells me you are a Maziarz hack or are connected to the public school system (or both). Always trying to change the subject. Probably a Maziarz hack!
From where I'm sitting it looks like you, Mr.. Sacco, are trying to deflect attention away from your boy onto me. Let's talk about public officers law and the oath of office. Officials are legally bound to uphold the law. Lot's of signs in the Town of Lockport. Public Officials can be removed from office for breaking the law! You don't seem to want to talk about that.

The First Amendment to our U.S. Constitution guarantees freedom of political speech, and it is my considered belief that any town ordinance limiting said speech is unconstitutional. The the myriad of various such invalid laws across the land, it's no wonder that Americans are confused. The first amendment says nothing about time limits on political speech. As long as a property owner posts the sign or grants permission, in my humble opinion the "nuisance" factor around election time is a small price to pay for precious freedom.
Anybody see the new sign down Transit just past the Drive in on the left (heading South)? It says "The Choice is Clear, Vote for Grear". And it is absolutely the BIGGEST campaign sign I have ever seen. It's hilarious, I love it! It is on the back of a flatbed truck, so it is portable! That's great!

Grear called in to a local radio show Sept. 30 and claimed Beilein had transferred $260,000 from the road patrol’s budget to cover excessive overtime at the jail. - from US&J article
What show would that be? The only local call in show around maybe? Everyone knows who they mean. Why not just say the name of the show and the station? Just seems silly.
