So what you're saying is we were going to completely waste $200 Billion on unnecessary spending (a.k.a.  things we didn't need), but instead we're just gonna spend it on stupid people. Great.

I found this in a couple of different places (President Bush on Hurricane Rita):


"We're now facing another big storm," he said. "Our job is to prepare for and assist state and local people to save lives and help these people get back on their feet." He added: "There will be no risk of me getting in the way."
