The new and improved Main St...
Permalink Closed

Am I losing it, or has anyone else noticed that since the installation of all of the new stuff on Main Street in Lockport, the red lights on the side streets onto Main, ie Washburn, Elm, Church, etc have gotten waaaaaay longer??? I sat on Washburn waiting to make a left onto Main yesterday, and I swear to God, three minutes elapsed on the clock at the bank...I was so tempted to go through it, but being the good, law abiding citizen that I am...

I believe that's why the Papa Leo's people suggested the flashing lights at night on Main.

I agree flashing lights at night would be bonus. From 11pm-6am.

Oh, I agree, it does look great...I love walking my dogs down Main Street...I just get frustrated driving down it...but it was worth the work. I guess I will just have to develop some patience.

That's pretty selfish Ray! Don't you think about all those urbanites that won't be able to drive their Lil' Rascal scooters down man street once the snow hits? LOL
