Does anyone else find it strange that Bill Clinton was at Rosa Parks' services, whilst George Bush, the President, was  apparently too busy entertaining the stuffy royals to bother???

William Jefferson Clinton...I meant to put GWB also, but was typing fast and only halfway paying attention....so it should have been WJC vs. GWB...
