Just say no...to Aronow
Permalink Closed

Okay, I listened to Dialog this moring, and I really think that Glenn Aronow came across as very arrogant, and also sort of angry...kind of simmering. I know how I will be voting tomorrow...

When he was campaigning last time, he came on my porch and introduced himself, and blah, blah, blah, and I was relatively new to the nieghborhood, and I asked him his party affiliation, and he wouldn't answer me, instead, replying indignantly, "Well, does it matter?" I really had no idea, it was just a question, and he got all huffy. Reading some of the other posts here, I think I am noticing a trend. I guess I should be glad he didn't beat me up.

I almost crashed when he asked for Mrs. Lupo (sp) and he … well got the Mr. Lupo.  Glenn – you asked for and you got it.  Not the first time he has made this mistake.  Funny how he stated he was going to address some things after the election (referring to comments/statements about him) almost felt like he thought he could sue someone.  Then he asked Scott for a tape of the show after the call today.  What ever happened to the phone call to the office staff at WLVL??  It appears that is his M.O. – trying to be the tough guy.  May be after tomorrow he can go work on some anger management or at least try to get tough – after all going though life wishing you were tough and being tough are to different things.  VOTE EM OUT!!!!

I am so disappointed because as of 10:50 pm, it looks like he may have won. But there are still a bunch of absentee ballots, so at least we don't have to listen to his pompous victory speech tonight.

I voted, I got a lot of people I know to vote, and still he won...I walked my friend to the polling place, and now it just seems so futile, like nothing will ever change. Ho hum...

Hmmmmm.....RattyJen certainly seems to have an agenda of her own. Maybe Aronow is not the best public speaker, so what? I watched the LCTV broadcast of the candidates, and the guy has gotten alot of stuff done for our area. What have YOU ever done? When I see "RattyJen" on a ballot, you can have my vote. Otherwise, Monday morning quarterbacks are plentiful, so suck it up and move on.

--Okay, the election is over. I am over the sad news that he won, and have moved on.

Are you one of those guys who comes on here and says a bunch of nasty stuff just to get people going? What's up with the personal attack? Hey, you're entitled to your opinion, I just think in this particular instance you are a day late and a dollar short.

As she said, she voted; what, does someone have to run for office to gain the right to have an opinion?!  And when I see "spindoctor" on a ballot, you won't seem so ridiculous for pointing out what others have and have not done. Idiot.
